General Booking Conditions

Scope

These General Booking Conditions apply to all reservations at Chalet Altishofen on Riederalp at www.chalet-altishofen.ch made by private customers.

Closing of Contract

With your booking, you accept the offer and the reservation contract is concluded.
You will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you provided.

Payment

Payment is made by means of
           - Credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
           - Invoice
           - Twint

Arrival and Departure

Arrival and departure between December to April only on Saturdays (minimum stay of 7 nights), in the other months, arrival day and duration are freely selectable. On the day of arrival, we are happy to welcome you from 3 pm. Departure is possible until 10 am. Earlier arrivals and later departures can be booked at short notice subject to availability.

Deposit

Upon booking confirmation, a 50% deposit will be due within 10 days of the invoice date. If the deposit is not received within the agreed period, the apartment can be rented to someone else.

The final payment is due 45 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 45 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

Cancellation for arrivals between May 1st and November 30th

until 15 days before arrival: no cost
14 – 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
5 – 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

Cancellation for arrivals between December 1st – April 30th

until 61 days before arrival: no cost
60 – 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
45 – 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount
30 – 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

If it is possible to rent out the apartment still, only processing fees of 150.00 CHF will be charged.

Pricing

The agreed pricing is excluding final cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourism tax. The price refers to the entirety of the apartment.
